Four Menlo Group Commercial Real Estate Office Brokers Awarded CCIM Designation

TEMPE, Ariz., Nov. 20, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Menlo Group Commercial Real Estate congratulates four of its brokers who recently earned the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation from the CCIM Institute, one of the leading commercial real estate associations in the world. Rich Andrus, Tanner Milne, Stuart Milne, and Grafton Milne, who make up the Menlo Group office leasing and investment sales team, were pinned as new designees of the CCIM Institute on October 24, 2013 in Denver, Colorado – nearly two years since beginning their first CCIM Course.

The CCIM Designation is awarded upon successful completion of 200 classroom hours of graduate-level education curriculum and presentation of a portfolio of qualifying experience. The curriculum addresses financial analysis, market analysis, use decision analysis, and investment analysis.
