Leading With a Shared Vision
Participants will leave the workshop with an understanding of their current state of physician and leader engagement, new strategies to navigate adaptive changes, an ability to use tools to support team engagement and a road map to engage stakeholders in change. Includes CME/CNE credits.
Creating Flow in the Ambulatory Setting
Participants will leave the workshop with a vision of flow for their practices, the ability to identify duplicate and wasteful work in their current system, the skill to deconstruct and redefine their work and their team members' work, and methods to successfully implement flow in the ambulatory setting. Includes CME/CNE credits.
Using Patient Experience to Drive Improvement
Participants will leave with the ability to use experience-based design data collection techniques to understand their customers' needs and sample tools to adapt for their own organizations. Includes certificate of completion.
Advanced Lean Training
Participants will leave the training with the knowledge and skills necessary to teach, coach and mentor others so they can successfully use the tools and methods of a lean management system to improve safety, quality and efficiency. Training is conducted over two sessions (September 27-30 and November 8-10). Includes certificate of completion.
