Four Countries Advance to Final Round at Enactus World Cup 2016
TORONTO, Sept. 30, 2016 /PRNewswire/ - Today four teams will compete in the final round of competition for the title of World Champion as part of Enactus World Cup 2016.
The Enactus World Cup is the world's largest business innovation competition for social impact.

From hundreds of competing teams around the world, the final four teams are Canada, Germany, India and Nigeria. Watch the final round of competition live, which starts at Enactus.org/WorldCup/. Teams in the final round will present to a judging panel comprised of 150 business executives from around the world.

A total of 3,500 student, academic and business leaders from around the world have gathered at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre in Toronto, Canada for three unforgettable days of competition, collaboration and celebration.
At Thursday evening's ceremony, Enactus announced the launch of 1 Race 2 End Waste, which will be followed by the Enactus Water Race. Starting in 2017, 1 Race 2 End Waste will empower students to bring waste reduction solutions to life, while the Water Race will address the rising demand for water around the world.
The ceremony also featured the Global Goals Forum, moderated by Aaron Sherinian, Chief Communications and Marketing Officer for the United Nations (UN) Foundation. It featured student leaders who represented each of the 17 Sustainable Development Goals, or #GlobalGoals, with a discussion on how Enactus is helping to advance them through their projects.
