Four Corners Economic Development Foundation to Receive $14K in Grants

FARMINGTON, N.M., March 10, 2016 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- The Federal Home Loan Bank of Dallas (FHLB Dallas), Four Corners Community Bank, and Bank of the Southwest will award Four Corners Economic Development Foundation (4CED Foundation) $14,000 in Partnership Grant Program (PGP) grants. The check presentation will take place Tuesday, March 15, 10:30 a.m. at Cooper Fire Protection Services, 615 W. Maple Street, Farmington, New Mexico 87401. Cooper Fire Protection Services is one of the many businesses benefiting from the work of the 4CED Foundation.

Presented annually, PGP grants are awarded to community-based organizations (CBOs), which may be used for research, organizational capacity-building, grant- and funding-application assistance, or contractual services.

Four Corners Economic Development Foundation will use the grants to cover operating costs, and continue its entrepreneur education program and advocacy program on behalf of local businesses.
