The first jackpot in the series occurred in late April at Wind Creek Casino & Hotel Atmore (WCA) when Hazel B. of Pensacola, Florida played a max bet of $3.00 on the Million Degrees electronic bingo game. She hit a jackpot worth $1.2 million. A few weeks later, Cindy D. of Springville, Alabama walked away with $1,000,000 in the Million Dollar Score Giveaway. Here is what WCA Property Manager Tim Ramer had to say about the two wins at his property: "Wow, two players winning a total of over 2 million in just 60 days. Alicia M. of Brooks, Georgia also took home $1,000,000 in Wind Creek Wetumpka's (WCW) Million Dollar Score Giveaway on May 25. Just eight days later, Mary H. of Pleasant Grove, Alabama won $1.1 million on the 1,000,000 Degrees electronic bingo machine.
