Board Certified in Psychiatry and Neurology, Dr. Israel attended the Universidad National Autonoma de Mexico where she earned her Medical Doctor degree. Thereafter, Dr. Israel would go on to attend the Menninger Clinic, where she would complete her residency in Psychiatry.
