• Optimizing the flow of goods through high-velocity retail and manufacturing distribution operations requires expertise spanning warehouse design, material-handling equipment and warehouse control systems. Traditional supply chain consultants don't have this expertise.
• Increasing pressure by retailers requiring high service levels, combined with more frequent shipments and smaller quantities, is causing manufacturers to seek unique solutions to address efficiencies while increasing shipment frequency.
