FORTE Adds Carter's, Inc. and Imperial Distributors, Inc. as Newest Clients

The current distribution network for Carter's includes two distribution centers in suburban Georgia, one in California, one in Tennessee and multiple consolidation centers across Asia.

Carter's hired FORTE to perform an initial, system-wide strategic assessment. In addition, FORTE will provide recommendations to help Carter's develop a multi-year plan to optimize its distribution network and support its strategic growth plans.  

Imperial Distributors, Inc.

Founded in 1939 in Worcester, Massachusetts, Imperial Distributors' mission is to be "The Performance Leader in Supermarket Non-Foods Distribution and Merchandising Services."

Imperial serves more than 1,000 retail locations in the northeast and mid-Atlantic regions by supplying health and beauty care, cosmetics, general merchandise and seasonal products. Imperial hired FORTE to conduct an operations assessment to identify and prioritize ways to increase profitability, add capacity for future growth and extend the life of both distribution centers while continuing to deliver Imperial's high standards of customer service.
