Formerly Lee Lumbers, U-Haul Moving and Storage of Avondale Is Now Open for Business

CHICAGO, May 20, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- U-Haul Company of North Shore Chicago recently purchased the former home of Lee Lumber retail store building in Chicago. The 55,594 square foot building located at 3250 N. Kedzie Ave. sits on 3.24 acres of land, all of which will be used for the new U-Haul Moving and Storage of Avondale.

For decades, the former Lee Lumber store was a popular spot for residents in the area to get their lumber from. In its place, U-Haul Moving and Storage of Avondale will be the community's go-to spot for all their moving needs. The building has been completely renovated and is now open for business renting trucks and trailers with plans for additional storage in the near future.

Located right off the 90/94 at the intersection of Belmont and Kedzie… near the Metra tracks…this new facility will also offer the following services.
