Former Hurricanes' General Manager and NHL Hall-of-Famer joins NAI Carolantic Realty

RALEIGH, N.C., Jan. 10, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- Ron Francis, a 23-year-veteran of the National Hockey League, and former Hurricanes' General Manager, is joining NAI Carolantic Realty. Reporting to Chairman Steve Stroud, Francis will be based in the company's Raleigh office working with clients considering various commercial real estate investments.

A real estate investor himself for the last four years, Francis says there are a lot of skills acquired in sports that transition well to the business world.

Francis played 23 seasons in the NHL, nearly six of which were with the Hurricanes. He was the first hockey player inducted into the North Carolina Sports Hall of Fame and made it into the Hockey Hall of Fame in 2007.
