Former Georgia State Representative, Delvis Dutton, Joins The Convention of States Team as Regional Director

PURCELLVILLE, Va., Jan. 6, 2015 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Today the Convention of States Project announces the hiring of former Georgia state representative, Delvis Dutton, who will be a regional director for legislative affairs. Delvis served as State Representative for the 157^th House district in Georgia for four years and ran for Congress in Georgia's 12^th District in 2014. He is a constitutional conservative and has been studying the Article V meaning for more than three years. Additionally, Dutton attended the first, 'Assemblies of the State Legislatures' meeting at Mt. Vernon in December 2013, which included more than 100 state legislators discussing Article V and the Constitution.
