ARLINGTON, Va., April 14, 2014 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Global management consulting firm A.T. Kearney announced today that Rafael Borrás has joined A.T. Kearney as a Senior Advisor. Borrás most recently served as Under Secretary for Management and Acting Deputy Secretary of the $60B Department of Homeland Security. He will bring his rich expertise to A.T.
