Former Ariba CIO Dan Russi Joins PICS As SVP Of Client Success

IRVINE, Calif., April 28, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- PICS Auditing, LLC, the global leader in supply chain risk management solutions, has announced Dan Russi as Senior Vice President of Client Success. Mr. Russi brings more than 25 years of experience in global customer support, corporate IT, and quality assurance. He has developed his craft within some of the biggest and most recognizable companies in technology.

In his role as Senior VP, Client Success, Mr. Russi will focus on modernizing the company's post-sale operations—aligning every element to PICS' global footprint, pricing model, and margin objectives. Leading an integrated customer success and operations strategy for the firm, Mr. Russi's team will include account management, customer service, auditing, professional services and deployment, and all aspects of corporate IT.

Prior to joining PICS, Mr. Russi served as SVP of Customer Services and CIO at Ariba (an SAP company), leading Customer Services and IT for an environment spanning the globe and serving 3,000 clients and six million end-users. Additionally, Mr. Russi held the position of VP of Customer Operations at Saba Software, and Executive Director of Worldwide Customer Assistance and Assurance at Cummins.

Mr. Russi earned his MBA in Computers & Information Systems / Finance from the University of Rochester and he also holds a BS in Biology and Chemistry from Syracuse University, New York.
