For Third Year, Catalyst Named to Inc. 5000 List of Fastest-Growing Companies
Ranking Reflects Catalyst's Continued Growth despite a Slow Economy
DENVER, Aug. 22, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- For the third consecutive year, Inc. magazine named Catalyst Repository Systems to the Inc. 5000, an exclusive ranking of the nation's fastest-growing private companies. Among private companies overall, Catalyst ranked 3,162.
Catalyst retained its place on the list by maintaining steady growth despite a stagnant economic environment. In its ranking, Inc. reports that Catalyst has a three-year growth rate of 66% and 2011 revenue of $30 million.
"Catalyst is honored to make this list for the third year in a row," said John Tredennick, Catalyst's founder and CEO. "We are grateful to our clients, our partners and our people for enabling us to grow our revenues and our company even in this less-than-favorable economic climate. Now, as we launch Insight, our all-new e-discovery platform, we are confident this trend will continue."
Last year, in the 2011 Inc. 5000, Catalyst was ranked 2,237 overall and 49th among companies headquartered in Denver. In the 2010 ranking, Catalyst was listed 1,117 overall, with a 269% three-year growth rate, and 76th among U.S. software companies.
The Inc. 5000 represents the most comprehensive look at the most important segment of the economy—America's independent entrepreneurs. In being named to the list, Catalyst joins a diverse array of prominent innovators, from top-ranked Unified Payments, a payment processing company, to Yelp, yogurt maker Chobani, Giftcards.com, KIND healthy snacks, and famed hat-maker Tilly's.
