For The First Time In More Than A Decade, Moore, Schulman & Moore, APC Adds A New Partner To The Family Law Firm

SAN DIEGO, May 15, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Moore, Schulman & Moore is pleased to announce the addition of Leigh Galyon as a partner to the firm. For more than a decade, Galyon has dedicated her career to assisting people through every aspect of family law. Galyon is well versed in all aspects of family law from prenuptial agreements to domestic partnerships and custody disputes to complex divorces.  Prior to transitioning to the MSM team, Galyon worked alongside Robert C. Wood of Hervey & Wood APC for more than seven years.

Galyon's previous work has given her insight into high-end complex financial estates and high-conflict custody disputes.  Galyon is a Certified Family Law Specialist where she serves on both sides of the bench as a settlement conference judge in courts throughout San Diego County.

As the Chair of the Lunch Seminar Series for the San Diego Family Law Bar Association, Galyon has the responsibility of leading seminars for other family law attorneys. These seminars consist of updating attorneys on current laws and discussing different ways to approach common problems that occur while practicing family law. In 2013, Galyon was co-chair for the San Diego County Bar Association's Brown Bag Lunch Seminars where she was responsible for the planning and scheduling of relevant educational seminars for members of the family law bar.

When Galyon is not working, she can be found enjoying the beautiful nature in San Diego. She has a passion for hiking with her son, swimming and playing with her three dogs.
