HOLLYWOOD, Calif., Jan. 19, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- If you didn't catch actor Noree Victoria on the (scripted) Rickey Smiley Show, Castle, NCIS, or Whitney, then in February, the Baltimore native will be hard to miss. A month of sizzling premieres begins February 2 with Ryan Murphy's 10-episode FX miniseries, The People v. O.J. Simpson: American Crime Story. Noree appears alongside Cuba Gooding Jr. as O.J. Simpson; John Travolta and Courtney B. Vance as defense lawyers Robert L. Shapiro and Johnnie L. Cochran Jr.; Sarah Paulson as the prosecutor Marcia Clark; and David Schwimmer as Simpson confidant, Robert Kardashian.
Noree Victoria portrays a now-infamous juror from the Simpson trial, who was eventually dismissed in real life, and makes her series debut in Episode 4. "Everyone knows how the trial ends, but the series explores much more of the drama behind the scenes with the jury and legal teams," Noree says. "I can't say how I leave, but it's dramatic."
Noree shares what it was like working with A-list cast members like Gooding and Travolta: "Cuba and John Travolta were hilarious. They were always dancing and singing and playing with everyone on set. The chemistry was phenomenal."
On February 5, The Choice opens in theaters nationwide. Released by Lionsgate and brought to you by Nicholas Sparks (author of The Notebook) this highly anticipated romantic drama is sure to capture hearts around Valentine's Day. Noree Victoria stars as "Liz," a supporting lead to the two main characters played by Teresa Palmer (The Grudge 2) and Benjamin Walker (Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter).
She describes her experience shooting the film along the North Carolina shore: "It was magical — like being on a getaway. Ben Walker was so much fun to work with. Every day he had me screaming laughing."
And, on February 16, Anchor Bay Entertainment releases A Place in Hell on DVD in Canada. In it, Noree plays Nicole Hart, the voice of reason among a group of college students, who transforms from hunted to hunter.
