Launches Aggressive Public Relations & Media Campaign
BALTIMORE, May 19 /PRNewswire/ -- Baltimore's Fraternal Order of Police announced today it has retained Barb Clapp Advertising & Marketing (BCAM) as its Agency of Record to advance its public relations, media, marketing, and communications initiatives. BCAM will launch an aggressive public relations and media campaign to raise public awareness of City Council Bill 10-0482, which they hope to defeat.
