NEW YORK, June 19, 2014 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- The Food Network New York City Wine & Food Festival takes place October 16-19, 2014 with more than 100 events throughout New York City. This year's program features a unique mix of tastings, seminars, intimate dinners, and late-night parties that are sure to please everyone's taste buds! The Festival remains an experience that everyone can feel good about indulging in, having raised more than $7.5 million to date for the nation's leading hunger-relief organizations Share Our Strength's No Kid Hungry and Food Bank For New York City. With a variety of events available for $100 and under, the Festival offers first-rate wine, spirits and culinary events to fit every budget.

The 2014 Festival features a roster of chefs traveling from all over the world, including Belgium's Kobe Desramaults, Italy's Dario Cecchini, England's Yotam Ottolenghi, Mexico's Enrique Olvera, and France's Philippe Baranes, Christophe Boucher and Gregory Marchand.
