Open to the general public, health professionals and media, America's favorite doctor, Dr. Mehmet Oz, and Chief Wellness Officer of the Cleveland Clinic, Dr. Michael Roizen, will open the symposium with a keynote session. Dr. Oz and Dr. Roizen will examine the leading medical, dietary and behavioral approaches and interventions for treatment, and more importantly preventing chronic illness. They will engage and empower attendees to take charge and control of their lives as they discuss current and timely health issues. Dr. David Katz will speak later in the afternoon, illustrating the "road to health" and how, in order to achieve overall wellness, such road must be paved with good inventions, in the form of programs and skills to aid us.

Open to health professionals and media only. Internationally recognized health experts and industry leaders will present the latest information, offer clinical applications and provide their unique insight into the best foods and lifestyle behaviors. Attendees will leave understanding food-related links between nutrition, disease and health, and will be better able to advise their patients.
Registered Dietitians (RDs) and Dietetic Technicians, Registered (DTRs) can receive up to 10.5 total continuing education hours for this unique two day event. Nurses, Physicians and other Health Professional CPE approval is pending.
