ROCKVILLE, Md., July 28, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- FNC Title Services, LLC is excited to announce the opening of our newest location in Houston, Texas to provide real estate settlement services for reverse mortgage lenders and borrowers. FNC is happy to welcome Stephen A. Hester, Jr. to the FNC team as On-site Manager of FNC's new office in Houston, Texas.
Mr. Hester is a life-long Texas resident having attended Texas A&M University as an undergraduate graduating cum laude. He obtained his juris doctorate degree from the South Texas College of Law in 1982. Mr. Hester is a member of the State Bar of Texas, Deputy City Attorney City of Angleton, Texas, and managing partner of Stephen A. Hester, Jr., PC. He is the former Director of Title Insurance at the Texas Department of Insurance and former President of the Texas Land Title Association. Mr. Hester has extensive experience in the business of title insurance and compliance with statues and regulations governing the business of title insurance and settlement services in the State of Texas. He has also been a member of the Texas Title Insurance Guaranty Board and represented consumers in Rates, Rules and Forms hearing before the Commissioner of Insurance.
