FMCSA Statement on Hours-of-Service Decision

WASHINGTON, Aug. 2, 2013 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- The U.S. Department of Transportation's Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration issued the following statement today on the U.S. Court of Appeals' decision to uphold the hours-of-service rule available at:  http://www.cadc.uscourts.gov/internet/opinions.nsf/D6BADB06E71C018F85257BBB004DEFAD/$file/12-1092-1449738.pdf
