Sandifer will continue to lead the company's strategic planning, business development and mergers and acquisitions as part of this expanded role.

Sandifer assumes leadership of FMC investor relations from Brennen Arndt, who has accepted a new position at another company.
Sandifer joined FMC in 2010 from ARAMARK Corporation. He was previously with Rohm and Haas Company, now part of The Dow Chemical Company, where he held roles in strategic planning, investor relations, sales, marketing, corporate finance, and general management. Sandifer was a manager with the Boston Consulting Group and earlier in his career held engineering, operations and technical roles with International Paper and James River Paper companies. He earned his bachelor's and master's degrees in Industrial Engineering from Georgia Tech, and received his MBA from Harvard Business School.
