DUBLIN, Jan. 9, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- FLY Leasing Limited (NYSE: FLY) ("FLY"), a leading global lessor of modern commercial jet aircraft, today announced it has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.25 per common share for the fourth quarter of 2013, an increase of 13% from the prior quarter. The dividend will be paid on February 20, 2014 to shareholders of record on January 31, 2014.

FLY has declared 25 consecutive quarterly cash dividends since it went public on the NYSE in 2007.
