DUBLIN, June 22, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- FLY Leasing Limited (NYSE: FLY) ("FLY"), a global leader in aircraft leasing, today announced that its annual management fee payable to BBAM, FLY's manager and servicer, has been reduced from $10.7 million per annum to $5.7 million per annum, or 47%, in connection with the sale of a portfolio of aircraft announced separately today.
