THOMASVILLE, Ga., June 1, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- The board of directors of Flowers Foods (NYSE: FLO) today announced a quarterly dividend of $.16 per share, or $.64 per share on an annualized basis. This represents an increase of 6.7% over the dividend paid previously. The dividend is payable on June 29, 2012, to shareholders of record on June 15, 2012.
