Publication Honored for Writing, Design Excellence
ORLANDO, Fla., Sept. 16 /PRNewswire/ -- Florida Realtor, the Business Magazine of Florida Real Estate and monthly trade publication of Florida Realtors®, recently won five awards in the 2010 Florida Magazine Association's (FMA) Charlie Awards competition.
Florida Realtor won a Charlie Award, the competition's top honor or gold standard, for Best Feature Design in the Trade/Technical category for the article, "7 Ways to Connect." The magazine also won a Silver Award for Best Overall Magazine in its category, and a Bronze Award for Best Overall Design.
Under writing excellence in its Trade/Technical category, the magazine won a Silver Award for Best Column for "Technology & You" and a Bronze Award for Best Department for "Makeover."

Over 600 entries were submitted for this year's Charlie Awards contest from publications produced in Florida. Awards were presented during FMA's 2010 Publishing Conference & Expo, Aug. 12-13, 2010, at the Portofino Bay Hotel at Universal Orlando.
