Prather has been appointed to the Federal Judicial Nominating Commission (JNC) by Florida Senators Marco Rubio and Bill Nelson. This is the third appointment to the Commission for Attorney Prather.

As a member of the JNC, David will serve on the Southern District Conference for the duration of the 115^th Congressional term.
