Florida FCA US Technicians Baroni and O'Keefe Earn Mopar 'Top Tech' Honors

Joseph Baroni and David O'Keefe, technicians at Suncoast Chrysler Jeep® Dodge Ram (Seminole, Florida) and Boniface-Hiers Chrysler Dodge Jeep (Merritt Island, Florida), respectively, recently earned prestigious Mopar "Top Tech" awards, bestowed upon FCA US LLC technicians who provide elite customer service. Baroni and O'Keefe are among the top 27 technicians out of more than 20,000 eligible participants to earn 2014 Mopar "Top Tech" honors.
The Mopar "Top Tech" Program, reintroduced for 2014, rewards technicians who maintain and repair vehicles in a quick and efficient manner, delivering superb customer service. Techs are also recognized for their proficiency in areas including training and diagnostic capability.
St. Petersburg native Baroni and Merritt Island resident O'Keefe displayed a consistently high level of commitment and dedication in the service lane. As part of the Mopar "Top Tech" program, Baroni and O'Keefe were treated to a two-day, all-inclusive trip to FCA US headquarters in Auburn Hills, Michigan, with activities including a tour of developmental labs and the FCA US wind tunnel, a visit to the Sterling Heights (Michigan) Assembly Plant, industry preview access to the North American International Auto Show in Detroit and recognition from Pietro Gorlier, President and CEO - Mopar Brand Service, Parts and Customer Care, FCA - Global, at the 2014 Mopar "Top Tech" awards banquet in Metro Detroit.
