Florida Autism Center to Expand its Center-Based Autism Therapy Services to Serve Flagler County
PALM COAST, Fla., July 19, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Florida Autism Center (FAC) is proud to announce the opening of a new educational center in Palm Coast, serving all of Flagler County. The center is located at 515 Palm Coast Parkway in the Roma Court building.
"We are excited and honored to offer our high quality clinical care to the Flagler County autism community and continue to make progress towards expanding our services throughout Florida and the broader Southeastern United States," said Chrystin Bullock, founder of Florida Autism Center. "Our mission is to enable each child in our care to reach his or her personal potential and we look forward to having the opportunity to collaborate with the community and families to advance this commitment."
Florida Autism Center provides center-based treatment based on the basic principles of Applied Behavior Analysis, and has a specific focus on early intensive behavioral intervention, verbal behavior (language) training, and social skills training. In addition, FAC offers an alternative school program to children on the autism spectrum funded in part through the McKay Scholarship.
To celebrate the opening of the new center, FAC will host an open house and ribbon cutting celebration on Friday July 22nd, from 4pm to 6pm. During this time, anyone from the community will have the opportunity to explore the centers classrooms, meet with our clinical professionals and staff, and enjoy a Q & A about autism therapy and our early intensive behavioral intervention program. Refreshments, hors d'oeuvres and chance drawings for local Palm Coast restaurant gift cards available.
Florida Autism Center currently has locations in Daytona Beach, Palm Coast, Lake Mary, Gainesville, and Tallahassee and coming soon to St. Augustine, Apopka, and Lake Nona.
