Flood-Free 304 Industrial Park, Thailand Sets Expansion for International SMEs
BANGKOK, Jan. 11, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Industrial-estate operator 304 Industrial Park sets the pace once more for SMEs with the expansion covering 9.28 square kilometers land in the flood-free area to serve the international increasing demand on industrial land in Prachinburi province, the east coast of Thailand.

The 304 Industrial Park has been selected as one of five pilot sites for Eco Industrial Complex, initiated by Ministry of Industry of Thailand and the Federation of Thai Industries. The eco-industrial site is designed to benefit investors from a wide range of potential cost savings to the efficiency energy requirement.
