LOS ANGELES, June 21, 2014 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- David and Jason Benham grew up in a world where faith in Christ was front and center. As the twin sons of national Christian pro-life leader Flip Benham, they watched as their dad confronted the culture about the horrors of abortion. That included befriending Norma McCorvey — better known as "Jane Roe" of the Supreme Court's infamous Roe v. Wade decision that legalized abortion — eventually helping lead her to faith in Christ and a profound change in her views on abortion.

Earlier this year the Benham brothers, who are real estate experts renowned for "flipping" houses — purchasing ramshackle dwellings, refurbishing them, and selling them at a profit — were forced to take a bold and costly stand for faith in their own right, making international headlines in the process.

The twin brothers were well into production on Flip It Forward, a reality show slated to debut this fall on a national cable network, that had them helping families create their dream homes from fixer-uppers. But when complaints about their Christian witness and stand on moral values hit the Internet and social media, network officials got cold feet and quickly canceled the program — leaving the Benhams and their production crew in the lurch.

The Benham brothers will talk about their experience — and the importance of standing firm in faith when the culture demands compromise — on a special Sunday evening edition of Trinity Broadcasting Network's Praise the Lord music and talk show, June 22nd.

Also appearing will be Britain's Got Talent singing sensation Susan Boyle.
