Flextronics Names New Executive Vice President of World Wide Human Resources

SINGAPORE, June 23, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Flextronics (NASDAQ: FLEX) has named Peter Stickler to the position of executive vice president of World Wide Human Resources.  Stickler replaces Paul Humphries, who has been tapped to run the organization's High Reliability Solutions business group, comprised of Automotive, Medical and Aerospace and Defense segments.

Most recently, Stickler was executive vice president and chief human resources officer of LG Electronics.   His professional career spans over three decades, spending 27 years at Ford Motor Company in roles of increasing responsibility before going to Ballard Power Systems as vice president of Human Resources.  Additionally, he has extensive international experience, living and working in Japan, Korea and throughout North America.

Stickler holds a Master's degree in Labor and Industrial Relations from Michigan State University, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology from St. John's University.
