John Ryan, Chuck Packard and Steve Krablin, Each with Over 30 Years of Industry Experience, Join FlexEnergy Board of Directors

The recently appointed board members include John Ryan, former President & CEO of Dresser, Inc.; Chuck Packard, President & CEO of INGENCO; and Steve Krablin, former CEO of T-3 Energy Services Inc. and CFO of National Oilwell Varco.

The newly appointed board members have each had distinguished careers in the industry. Their accomplishments as well as their involvement with FlexEnergy include the following.
- John Ryan: As President & CEO of Dresser, Inc., Ryan managed and grew the company until its successful sale to General Electric. As a FlexEnergy board member Ryan's role will be to help with the organization's strategic planning and sales strategies.
- Chuck Packard: For the past 25 years, Packard, President & CEO of INGENCO, has served as a leader in the field of cogeneration and independent power production in the landfill gas to energy marketplace. At FlexEnergy, Packard will help with installation-specific planning and the de-risking of new equipment.
- Steve Krablin: Prior to T-3 Energy Services Inc., Krablin served as the chief financial officer of National Oilwell Varco from 1996 to 2005. Krablin will use his wealth of financial experience at FlexEnergy, helping to make ongoing improvements and refinements to the company's financial accounting, controls and reporting.
John Ryan, Chuck Packard and Steve Krablin join FlexEnergy's seven other esteemed board members, including the Honorable Stephen L. Johnson, former Administrator of the EPA, to help direct the company's continued growth. They have already begun to play an active role with the company and will be guiding the organization as it moves forward.
