Fleetwood RV Brings Back Popular Providence and Expedition Class A Diesel Brands; Debuts New 36-Foot and 42-Foot Floor Plans on Discovery
DECATUR, Ind., Nov. 30, 2010 /PRNewswire/ -- Fleetwood RV, Inc., a leading producer of Class A and Class C recreational vehicles, announced at RVIA's 48th Annual National RV Trade Show in Louisville, Ky. this week that it has added the popular Providence and Expedition brands to its midline Class A diesel motor home line-up. The Company also introduced a new 36-foot, quad-slide floor plan to its Discovery Class A diesel product line during the show.

The 2011 Providence debuts with three floor plan options: a 40-foot, bath and a half model with 40" Sony® LCD mid-ship TV and 380HP ISC Cummins® engine (40K); a 42-foot bath and a half model with a luxurious master suite and a 400HP ISL Cummins® engine (42W); and a 42-foot, tag axle model with plush L-sofa, 40" Sony® LCD mid-ship TV, large L-shaped galley and 400HP ISL Cummins® engine (42P).
The 2011 Expedition debuts with two floor plan options: a 36-foot, quad-slide model with 32" Sony® LCD mid-ship TV (36M); and a 38-foot, full-wall slide model with standard bunk beds.
The all-new 2011 Discovery 36J is one of five floor plan options for the brand and features a 32" Sony® mid-ship TV, king bed, and stackable washer/dryer. Also making its debut in Louisville is the 2011 Discovery 42A – a tag-axle, bath and a half model with a cedar-lined, rear walk-in closet option.
The 42-foot tag axle Discovery and Providence models are built on the latest generation of Liberty Chassis from Spartan Chassis which features taller basement storage, side-swing luggage doors, a more intuitive service center, and a bridge design that provides one of the best rides in the industry. The Expedition, 36-foot and 40-foot Discovery models, and 40-foot Providence models are built on Power Bridge Chassis from Freightliner Custom Chassis.
