Attendees to experience dashboard activated EV charging consumer technology
AUSTIN, Texas, Jan. 4, 2024 /PRNewswire/ -- Flash, a leader in the transformation and electrification of the mobility ecosystem, and Mavi.io, maker of the OnMyWay™ Commerce in-car retail marketplace, will showcase their "Windows Up Charging" experience at the 2024 Consumer Electronics Show (CES) in Las Vegas on January 9 from 5:00 – 9 pm PT at the COVESA CES Networking Reception in the Bellagio Ballroom of the Bellagio Hotel. Flash is available for meetings and demonstrations at table M21.
The "Windows Up Charging" experience will preview the latest technology developed by Flash and Mavi.io, which enables drivers to enter parking facilities to activate an EV charger without leaving their vehicles. Drivers can quickly, safely and conveniently engage EV chargers by using Mavi's Connected Consumer infotainment interface in their vehicles.
Flash and Mavi.io will have a full-size OnMyWay™ Commerce- enabled electric vehicle, AI vision cameras, parking lot gate and EV charging station to bring the experience to life for attendees.
The "Windows Up Charging" experience demonstrates how the latest technology developed by Flash and Mavi.io enables drivers to enter parking facilities to activate an EV charger without leaving their vehicles. Drivers can quickly, safely and conveniently engage EV chargers by using the Mavi's Connected Consumer infotainment interface in their vehicles. The companies first announced a partnership in September to bring parking payment capabilities into the dashboards of connected vehicles.
