Flame Seal announces upgrading of its main web site, with a new focus on Investor Relations.

HOUSTON, Sept. 24, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Flame Seal Products, Inc. (OTC: FLMP) releases the following:

Flame Seal Products, Inc. is currently in the process of upgrading its main web site www.flameseal.com with design parameters similar to its Foam Insulation Market site www.flamesealtb.com.

The Company has been involved in negotiations with several companies that will function as a group to develop the IR/PR aspect of its business that will provide a strong focus on the Company's stock as well as its shareholders. The first major change, as suggested by these companies, is an expanded, much improved web site, with a section dedicated to Investor Relations and Public communication.

The new version of the Flame Seal web site should be up and running within a couple of weeks.  In the mean time, details for the establishment of a permanent, continual IR/PR campaign, including third party management of the Company's press releases, an investor Q&A forum, and more, are being negotiated.  Since there has been no continual, dedicated investor awareness program before now, the investment community in general is not yet aware of Flame Seal Products, Inc.  Over the next few months that will change, as Investor Awareness becomes a primary focus of this Company's plans and goals.

Mike Kiser is in the final stages of choosing which companies to work with, as well as deciding upon the best IR/PR plan for Flame Seal and its stockholders. 

A word from the President:  "Hello Stockholders...  as has been suggested many times, and certainly known by me, we need to upgrade the 'public stock' aspect of our business with a focus similar to what we are putting into the actual business.  It is certainly something that has concerned me over these years, but unfortunately, the realities, especially financial ones, limited our ability to do this effectively.  We are now at the stage of development of this Company that demands that we find a balance between our Business side and our Public side.  We are also now in a position that we are able to manage such expanded efforts and costs.  I am pleased to see this development, and once the new web site is working, and these new companies take their places, I believe our stockholders will be impressed with this new aspect of FLMP!"
