Five Star Products, Inc. Announces the Appointment of Frederic E. Rubin as Chief Financial Officer

FAIRFIELD, Conn., Sept. 17, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Five Star Products, Inc. is pleased to announce that Frederic E. Rubin, a seasoned financial executive, has joined the company's leadership team as Chief Financial Officer.

Fred brings over 25 years of C-level experience in financial management and financial controls. Before joining Five Star Products, Inc., he served as Managing Director of Sandhopper, LLC, delivering fractional CFO services to middle-market companies, and previously as Chief Financial Officer at the Judlau Companies, a privately-held group of civil and specialty construction contractors building transit-related capital improvement and public works projects.

Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, and a B.S. in Economics from The Wharton School of Finance, University of Pennsylvania.  He resides in Westport, CT.
