NEW YORK, July 28, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Constantine Cannon LLP is pleased to welcome qui tam lawyers Mary Inman, Tim McCormack, Jessica Moore, Molly Knobler and Ari Yampolsky to its growing whistleblower practice. Christine Zengel and Janice LeBon have also joined the firm as Whistleblower Practice Manager and Paralegal, respectively. This team -- all formerly with Phillips & Cohen -- joins the firm's recent whistleblower lawyer additions of Eric Havian, Wayne Lamprey and Anne Hartman, who earlier this year joined the firm to open its San Francisco office. With a total of 11 attorneys, who bring more than 100 years of collective experience in whistleblower cases, working full time representing whistleblower clients, Constantine Cannon is now one of the largest and most expert whistleblower law firms in the United States. Ms. Inman and Mr. McCormack have joined the firm as Partners, Ms. Moore as Of Counsel, and Ms. Knobler and Mr. Yampolsky as Associates with the firm.

Mary Inman has spent the past 18 years working exclusively on whistleblower matters, on cases that have led to the collective recovery of more than $380 million for the federal government and various states. Ms. Inman joins Constantine Cannon's San Francisco office.

Jessica Moore also joins Constantine Cannon's San Francisco office with ten years of experience exclusively representing whistleblower clients. Among her many whistleblower accomplishments was her role as one of the lead attorneys in a qui tam case against DaVita Healthcare Partners, which resulted in the largest stand-alone kickback settlement in history (more than $400 million) and a whistleblower award of $65 million. Ms. Moore's extensive experience in representing whistleblowers includes her role as senior trial team member in several significant trials resulting in successful verdicts for her whistleblower clients. Inman and Moore are joined in the firm's San Francisco office by Ari Yampolsky.

Tim McCormack, who joins Constantine Cannon's Washington, DC office and brings nine years of experience representing whistleblower clients, played key leadership roles in whistleblower cases that successfully helped the federal government and various states recover more than $330 million. One of these cases resulted in a landmark $150 million recovery against a medical device manufacturer and more than 100 hospitals for a scheme involving improper billing for spine surgeries. His clients have received nearly $60 million in whistleblower rewards. McCormack is joined in the firm's DC office by Molly Knobler, who also has substantial experience representing whistleblowers, particularly in the healthcare and defense contracting industries.

Inman, McCormack, Moore, Knobler and Yampolsky collectively bring an additional 40 years of experience devoted exclusively to whistleblower cases to add to the firm's already seasoned whistleblower lawyer team.
