Fitch Raises Capital Trust's Special Servicer Rating

NEW YORK, Dec. 20, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- On December 19, 2011, Fitch Ratings upgraded the commercial mortgage-backed securities ("CMBS") special servicer rating of Capital Trust's wholly-owned investment management subsidiary, CT Investment Management Co., LLC ("CTIMCO"), to 'CSS3+' from 'CSS3.'  CTIMCO is the named special servicer on 25 CMBS loans with an unpaid principal balance of $1.9 billion ($2.8 billion including related subordinate debt). CTIMCO actively special services 15 CMBS loans totaling $861 million ($1.3 billion including related subordinate debt).
