BOSTON, Jan. 7, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Fish & Richardson announced today that Dr. Frank Peterreins, Managing Principal of its Munich office, has translated "Patent Litigation Proceedings in Germany – A Handbook for Practitioners" from German into English.  Widely considered the definitive book on German patent litigation and current German case law, this translated edition was prepared in response to the rapidly increasing volume of patent litigation cases in Germany that involve non-German companies.
