Fish & Richardson Named #1 Top Patent Litigation Firm for Tenth Year in a Row by Corporate Counsel Magazine

BOSTON, Nov. 6, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Fish & Richardson announced today that for a tenth consecutive year the firm has been named the #1 patent litigation firm in the country by Corporate Counsel magazine.  The annual Corporate Counsel survey found that Fish handled a total of 220 patent cases in 2012 – a staggering 125 more cases than the firm's nearest competitor. 

The Corporate Counsel survey, which was published in the November 2013 issue, ranks firms according to how many new federal district court patent suits they handled in 2012.  Fish's 220 patent cases represent a 27% increase over the number of cases the firm handled in 2011.
