Fish & Richardson Adds Former International Trade Commission Attorney Thomas S. Fusco to Litigation Group

WASHINGTON, June 6, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Fish & Richardson announced today that Thomas S. "Monty" Fusco, formerly a Supervisory Attorney for the International Trade Commission (ITC), has joined the firm as Of Counsel in its Litigation Group. Mr. Fusco, who has over 23 years of experience at the ITC, will focus his practice on Section 337 ITC investigations.

As a supervisory ITC attorney for the past six years, Mr. Fusco oversaw approximately one third of all the Section 337 investigations in the Office of Unfair Import Investigations. Previously, he spent 12 years as a senior litigation attorney in the division. He started his career at the ITC as an attorney and advisor for an administrative law judge.
