Fish & Richardson Adds Anne Sterba as Of Counsel in Trademark and Copyright Group

WASHINGTON, June 26, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Fish & Richardson announced today that Anne Sterba has joined the firm as Of Counsel in its Trademark and Copyright Group, where she will continue to advise clients on trademark prosecution and counseling, false advertising, unfair competition, copyright, licensing, and litigation matters.  She will be based in the firm's Washington, D.C. office.

With 14 years of experience, Sterba is knowledgeable in in all aspects of trademark opposition and cancellation proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board and federal district court litigation.  Her practice also includes Internet and related trademark and copyright issues, including domain name protection and keyword advertising.  She has represented start-up companies to large multi-national corporations in a wide range of industries.

Previously, Sterba was a member of the intellectual property firm Rothwell, Figg, Ernst, & Manbeck P.C.
