FirstService Residential selected to manage Lagoon Valley, a growing master-planned community in Vacaville, CA

SACRAMENTO, Calif., Oct. 13, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- FirstService Residential, North America's leading property management company, has been selected to provide full-service community management for Lagoon Valley Community Association, a sustainable live-work-play Conservation Community in Vacaville, California.

Lagoon Valley is a 1,015-home master-planned community known for its exceptional amenities and abundant natural surroundings. Residents can enjoy multiple parks, swimming pools, pickleball and tennis courts, a golf course, clubhouse, recreation center, and a network of trails throughout the community. Complementing these amenities are 71 acres of preserved wetlands, offering scenic views and opportunities for outdoor recreation, and 1,300 acres of open space. FirstService Residential assumed management of the community on September 1, 2026.
