Tom Sheehan, Chief Financial Officer, comes to FirstBest following a successful career at several venture-backed software companies, such as Bullhorn, Inc., Crossbeam Systems, Inc., and Egenera, Inc. Sheehan brings to FirstBest a wealth of financial management and operational experience and an impressive track record that includes driving operational improvements, leading mergers and acquisitions, raising many rounds of equity, and improving financial controls, budgeting, and forecasting.

The FirstBest workforce expansion also includes the addition of Richard Kennette, Marcel Bagley, and Laurie Barman to the sales team. All three are consultative sales veterans with decades of proficiency in helping insurance companies evaluate, select, and implement mission-critical business technology.

Kennette previously served as a senior sales executive with Accenture Duck Creek, helping P&C insurance companies identify and implement technologies that solved business problems and built strategic value. Bagley, a senior sales executive and Barman, a pre-sale professional, come to FirstBest from Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC), where they expertly identified and championed carrier business requirements to maximize ROI and satisfaction with enterprise software investments.
