First-of-its-kind company helps CEOs drop their drawers
Think Shift Advertising merges with U.S. leadership and culture consultancy
WINNIPEG, June 24, 2014 /PRNewswire/ - Think Shift CEO, David Baker, announced today that the advertising agency has merged with Portland, Oregon-based leadership and corporate culture consultancy, LogiStyle.
In its eight-year tenure, LogiStyle and founder Dr. Balaji Krishnamurthy built a reputation by helping hundreds of companies become intentional about developing authentic leadership and corporate culture. Think Shift was one such company, and has seen impressive results in terms of both financial and employee growth.
"LogiStyle's approach resonated with us. We've seen firsthand what can happen when you intentionally align leadership, culture and brand," said Baker, "In today's communication landscape – where radical transparency is table stakes and everyone can see you in your underwear – authenticity is your only option. You can only market to the outside world what is true inside your company's walls. It's about connecting with, not convincing, your audiences."
"Think shift has been able to take our approach and give it a larger life through their creative and expressive abilities as a brand and advertising agency," said Krishnamurthy, "This merger will offer greater leverage and longer legacy for our tools and methodologies as we collectively help leaders, brands and organizations release their potential, intentionally."
The combined agency-consultancy is the first of its kind – offering services related to brand and marketing, leadership and culture, internal communications planning and business strategy. The company will operate as Think Shift, and both Krishnamurthy and Baker will remain actively engaged as chairman and CEO, respectively.
