First National Bankers Bankshares, Inc. Announces Consolidation of Bank Charters
BATON ROUGE, La., April 1, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- First National Bankers Bankshares, Inc. (FNBB, Inc.) announces the consolidation of its four bank subsidiaries, Arkansas Bankers' Bank (ABB), First National Bankers Bank, Alabama (FNBB-AL), First National Bankers Bank, Louisiana (FNBB-LA) and Mississippi National Banker's Bank (MNBB). The consolidation was completed March 31, 2011. First National Bankers Bank (FNBB), headquartered in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, is the single banking subsidiary of FNBB, Inc.

Thomason is President of FNBB – Arkansas Region, Victor E. Nichol, Jr. is President of FNBB – Alabama Region, and Joseph H. Neely is President of FNBB – Mississippi Region.
