First Financial Bancorp Announces New Appointment

CINCINNATI, April 22 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- First Financial Bancorp (Nasdaq: FFBC) has appointed Kenneth Lovik as Vice President, Investor Relations and Corporate Development.  Mr. Lovik has over 15 years of experience in corporate finance, mergers & acquisitions and accounting and was most recently an investment banker at Milestone Advisors, LLC.  He will be responsible for First Financial's corporate investor relations, equity analyst coordination and communications, and other corporate development activities.

Prior to Milestone, Mr. Lovik was an investment banker at Howe Barnes Hoefer & Arnett, Inc. and A.G. Edwards & Sons, Inc. where he served clients in the financial institutions sector.  Earlier in his career, he worked at the public accounting firm of Price Waterhouse, LLP.

Mr. Lovik received an MBA from Indiana University and a BS in Accountancy from Northern Illinois University.
