Crittenden has resigned as a director of the Company and of the Company's principal operating subsidiary, First Federal of Northern Michigan (the "Bank"). Mr. Crittenden had served as a director of the Company and the Bank since the Company's merger with Alpena Banking Corporation in August 2014. Prior to his service to the Company, Mr. Crittenden served as a board member for Alpena Banking Corporation, and its principal subsidiary, Bank of Alpena since their formation in 2001.
