Customer Conveniences and Longer Hours
Interior and exterior signage at First Federal stores will change to TD Bank the weekend of August 27-29. Customers of First Federal Bank of North Florida will be able to bank at any of the more than 1,100 TD Bank stores from Maine to Florida, with 41 stores in Florida and more to come when TD Bank converts Riverside Bank in the fall. TD Bank will continue to focus on delivering legendary customer service by providing seven-day branch banking with extended hours at most stores, free Penny Arcade coin-counting machines at most locations, hassle-free products, and treats for kids and dogs. The stores will also have new envelope-free ATMs.
Beginning August 30, 2010, new store hours for these locations will be:
Crescent City, Interlachen, Palatka and Palatka West stores:
- Monday through Wednesday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Thursday and Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
- Saturday, 8:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
St. Augustine Beach and St. Augustine Lewis Point stores:
- Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
- Saturday, 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
- Sunday, 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
New Products and Services
On July 23, customers were mailed an Accounts & Services Guide that details changes for each account customers have registered with First Federal. During the conversion weekend of August 27-29, First Federal Bank of North Florida accounts will be changed to the TD Bank accounts that offer the right mix of features, benefits and fee structures, as outlined in their Account & Services Guide. Customers of First Federal will also begin to see the new TD Bank name and brand on account statements, receipts, and other forms of communication, and were also mailed new TD Bank Debit Visa® Debit ATM cards. They can continue to use the same checks they use today.
